Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

CelebWorthio.com (“the Website” or “we”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Following the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy regarding claims of copyright infringement.

  6. Signature: Sign the document, either physically or electronically.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on the Website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a “Counter-Notice”) by submitting written notification to our Copyright Agent. The Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. Statement under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which CelebWorthio.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.
  5. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

CelebWorthio.com will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate repeat infringers. If you believe that an account holder or subscriber is a repeat infringer, please follow the instructions above to contact our DMCA Copyright Agent and provide information sufficient for us to verify that the account holder or subscriber is a repeat infringer.

Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures

It is CelebWorthio.com’s policy to accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works.
